Any diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical recommendation is provided solely by the licensed healthcare provider and not by ScriptBridge.
ScriptBridge does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not practice medicine.
The services provided through the Site and App are administrative and technology services that enable communication between users and independent healthcare professionals.
All medical decisions are made exclusively by the licensed healthcare provider and not by ScriptBridge or its employees, contractors, or affiliates.
By using the Site or App you acknowledge and agree that certain healthcare services may be provided via telehealth technologies.
